Music Exchange

MUSIC EXCHANGE

INTERACT WITH K-12 CLASSES FROM AROUND THE WORLD!

Exchange a video with an overseas partner class or school, featuring students performing music or dance!

We match you (by grade level) with a partner class/school in the world region of your choice. For each exchange, you and your students create one digital video or a digital audio recording featuring students singing, playing musical instruments or dancing. Your partner does the same. Both electronically submit the content to OneWorld Classrooms and we post it on our Electronic Cultural Exchange Library for mutual viewing. Partners may also post or Email videos directly to each other. Alternatively (if video files are too large for E-mailing), partners may use file sharing Web sites or regular mail to share their videos.

We provide specific guidelines, best practices and E-mail support. You coordinate the exchange (determining timing, theme, etc.) with a Partner Teacher at your partner school. You may complete the exchange any time during the school year before May 1st, according to the agreement you make with your Partner Teacher.

Fees
