We would like to complete the exchange by _____________ [date]; so, we will plan to start working on the artwork by ___________ [date] and mail our artwork to you by _______________ [date]. [It may take 1-3 weeks for first class airmail delivery.]
Our preferences are to also do the following: [Delete those that do not apply; add any others of your own.]
- laminate our artwork
- put our artwork in plastic sheet covers
- send the art as it is (no laminating or plastic sheet covers)
- attach student information labels to the back of each piece of artwork
- attach student photos to the back of each piece of artwork
- include additional photos that depict our school life and the students' culture
[Delete this line if it does not apply.] We would like to display the artwork we receive from you. Please do not permanently attach student labels and photos to the back of the artwork, so that we can include them in the display.
Please inform me if the timetable I mentioned works for you and let me know your preferences.
We look forward to partnering with you and learning about each other through sharing artwork.
Sincerely,
